Stevie Chow (b. 1991, Calgary, Canada)
Stevie is a Canadian artist based in London whose work explores how images move through screens and into memory. Using fragments from his personal digital archive, he builds paintings through layered transfers of screenshots and photographic moments. The process is responsive, each stage adjusting or limiting the next, balancing material presence with remnants of the source image.
Working between painting, print, and digital processes, his practice tests what these contemporary tools do when held within the same painterly plane.
